  • Criminal Record Relief

    We offer post-conviction relief to any and all applicants who apply and qualify for relief. Once you submit an application, we will screen your case to determine which type of PCR relief you qualify for based upon your record of conviction. Once we determine the relief, we will work hand-in-hand with the applicant to create the best plan possible.

  • Free To Thrive

    Free To Thrive provides pro-bono legal services to survivors of human trafficking. Examples of the kinds of legal services provided include record clearance through vacatur, child custody and support orders, divorce, restraining orders, and victim representation. Free to Thrive also assists survivors holistically by providing support services and resources which include connecting survivors to housing, employment opportunities, therapy, etc.

    We are committed to assisting survivors on their journey to become "Thrivers".

  • Legal Aid Society

    Provides low-income clients with free civil legal advice and counsel, referrals, and legal representation.

    Offers free help with housing, debt collection, repossession, sales contracts, family law, immigration, restraining orders, CalWORKS (provides cash aid and services to eligible families that have children in the home), CalFresh (provides benefits to low-income individuals and families to supplement their food budget), child custody and visitation, and social security income

  • Clean Slate Clinic

    The San Diego Clean Slate Clinic provides free post-conviction legal assistance to individuals who continue to be affected by the criminal justice system. FREE legal assistance with expungements, early termination of probation, and felony reductions to misdemeanor. We may also be able to assist with Prop 47 and Prop 64.

  • Family Law Facilitators

    Provides free family law assistance to parties without attorneys. Offers help with court forms and general legal information.

    Clearing your record can help remove barriers to new jobs, housing, and educational opportunities. Clear My Record is a free, nonprofit, service for people with a criminal record in select California counties.
